What are the delivery times for your products?

I am missing some items in my order, what happens?

Our products will be shipped separately according to your order. If your order contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two shipments. The rest of the order will probably arrive shortly.

I have received a damaged item. What can I do about it?

We are sorry to hear that. Just send us a photo of the damaged item to the email address info@fora-offisiell.com and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.


I still haven't received my order. Why is this taking so long?

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping can take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can always track your order and see where it is. If you still need help tracking your package or have questions about it.

Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to resolve any issues our customers have with their online items. If you still want a refund on your order, we can finalize payment if the recourse is within 30 days of the order date and the product(s) in question are unsellable.
